Para celebrar el 40 aniversario del álbum debut de The Sisters of Mercy, 'First and Last and Always', se lanza un set de 4 LP en vinilo negro y rojo. Incluye el álbum original junto con los tres EP que lo precedieron: 'Body & Soul', 'Walk Away' y 'No Time To Cry'. Cada EP incluye temas extra que no pertenecen al álbum. Formada en Leeds por el guitarrista Gary Marx y el vocalista Andrew Eldritch en 1980, lanzaron 'First And Last And Always' en marzo de 1985 y marca la culminación de cinco años de lanzamientos independientes que les permitieron alcanzar una gran popularidad.
