Celtic Frost - Danse Macabre (10 Lp-vinilo) Box

Casi parece una grosería considerar a Celtic Frost como una de las grandes bandas de metal extremo, porque eran mucho más que eso. Es mejor aclamarlos como una de las mejores bandas extremas y experimentales de la década de 1980. Negándose a hacer lo que se esperaba o exigía, la banda cambiaba constantemente de dirección musical, siempre aportaba influencias sorprendentes y hacía que la gente siguiera adivinando dónde podrían aventurarse a continuación. Su catálogo de discos es formidable e inigualable. Cada uno no solo es único, sino parte de un tapiz completo que solo ahora se puede apreciar por ser una parte notable de la historia de la música. A pesar de, o tal vez debido a, la agitación constante en tantos frentes, Celtic Frost alcanzó un nivel artístico al que pocos se habrían atrevido a aspirar. Subieron alto porque nunca tuvieron miedo de caer. Es por eso que la banda ahora se considera, con razón, íconos e iconoclastas.
