El cuarto álbum de estudio “THE YEARS OF DECAY” de la banda de thrash metal OVERKILL se lanza en formato CD. El álbum fue publicado originalmente el 13 de octubre de 1989 y es el último álbum de Overkill en el que participó el guitarrista Bobby Gustafson. “The Years of Decay” fue el primer álbum producido por Terry Date.
