Van Morrison - Three Chords & The Truth - Cd

El irlandés Van Morrison anunció que el 25 de octubre publicará un nuevo álbum, “Three Chords and the Truth”, al tiempo que compartió el primer single, “Dark Night of the Soul”. 14 nuevas canciones producidas por Van the Man.

El nuevo CD/LP se convertirá en el 41° disco en la carrera de Morrison y el sexto en los últimos cuatro años. Sigue a “The Prophet Speak” y “You’re Driving Me Crazy”, de 2018, su colaboración con el músico de jazz Joey DeFrancesco.

Morrison produjo y escribió todas las canciones él mismo, excepto “If We Wait for Mountains”, que fue compuesta con Don Black. El guitarrista Jay Berliner, que tocó en el clásico “Astral Weeks” (1968), contribuyó a las sesiones, mientras que Bill Medley, miembro superviviente de The Righteous Brothers, hace un dueto en “Fame Will Eat the Soul”
