Whitesnake - Into The Light: The Solo Album (6 Cd) Box

"Into The Light» es la nueva caja de 6 CD de Whitesnake, basada en los tres discos en solitario de David Coverdale.

El álbum 'Into The Light' se publicó originalmente como el tercer álbum en solitario de David Coverdale, en septiembre de 2000, y fue su primer disco en solitario en 22 años. Con una impresionante formación musical, David está acompañado en 'Into The Light' por los guitarristas Earl Slick y Doug Bossi, el bajista Marco Mendoza, que más tarde se uniría a Whitesnake, el legendario batería Denny Carmassi, que además de Whitesnake, ha tocado con Montrose y Heart, y Mike Finningan a los teclados, que había tocado anteriormente con Jimi Hendrix en los años sesenta.

Además de un montón de canciones inéditas y bonus tracks, el álbum incluye «Too Many Tears», una canción que David escribió con Adrian Vandenberg y que apareció originalmente en Whitesnake.

Vandenberg y originalmente incluida en el álbum Restless Heart de Whitesnake. También se incluye «River Song», el tributo de David a Jimi Hendrix, y «With All Of My Heart», una canción que David escribió para su mujer y, en sus propias palabras, una de las diez mejores canciones que ha escrito. 'Into The Light' también incluye los singles «Slave», «Love Is Blind» y «Don't You Cry».

La caja también incluirá los dos primeros discos en solitario de David, 'WhiteSnake MCMLXXVII' de 1977 y 'NorthWinds' de 1978, los dos títulos que grabó inmediatamente después de dejar Deep Purple en 1976, en formato remezclado, ampliado y remasterizado.
