Package shipping

We promise to send all orders made before 17:00 on the same day.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Depending on the number of items, it will be sent in an envelope or in a package. In any case, your articles will be well protected.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All purchases made on the Website are governed by the provisions of the TRLGDCU regarding distance contracting. In particular, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase of Products, without incurring any penalty or charge and without any obligation to communicate the reasons for such withdrawal, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the date of delivery of the product.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by requesting it in two ways, either by postal mail sent to the address established in the withdrawal document or by email, within the period indicated above through our Customer Service WEB forms.

The present withdrawal document is made available to the Client, which may be used at its discretion.

The email must include the purchase invoice, customer contact details, the brand and model of the Product to be returned and, at the Customer's discretion, a brief description of the reasons for the withdrawal. Once the email has been sent, the Client will receive a response from BABA by email.

The Product to be returned must be sent to BABA in a closed package and addressed to the address:

BABA will accept without delay the return of any Product, provided that it is in perfect condition, and complete (packaging, instruction manual) and that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned above, and will refund all amounts paid in the shortest possible time within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the product in our facilities. In the case of video games (new), CDs and LP (vinyl), in order to exercise the right of withdrawal it will be necessary to return the Product in its original packaging still sealed. The customer will only be responsible for the decrease in value that, due to improper handling of the product, causes the product to be returned.

New products may in some cases lack the original packaging. If after purchasing the product you want to exercise your right of withdrawal you must return said product "as is" you received it, no withdrawal of purchase will be accepted when the product is not in the same conditions in which it was sold.

The return of any product whose activation is online will not be accepted. All products marketed by BABA comply with the provisions of RDL 1/2007, of November 16, consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

However, the aforementioned right to withdraw from the contract will not be applicable in the case of sale of products whose support is computer files, supplied electronically, which can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
